2025AUG Peace prayer fireworks 2025/08/28-30

We watched the Ōta Ward Peace Memorial Fireworks from the north-side balcony of our home on August 28. In previous years, this Peace Memorial Fireworks event had been held on August 15, the anniversary of the end of the war, but this year it was held on the 28th due to security reasons. The fireworks were launched about one kilometer away, and they were truly beautiful. We wished for lasting peace so that we could continue to watch these fireworks in the years to come.
